REMOTIVA operates a platform ("Remotiva") used to recruit crowd resources globally to support hosted
projects, process work for different projects, and track
resources working hours; users can register via our websites

Remotiva and all the tools that are

Remotiva. This can include
information you provide to us when you register for an account;
fill in a form on Remotiva; create
or edit your profile on Remotiva;
correspond with us via the Website, phone, e-mail, or otherwise;
subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters, or other forms of
marketing communications; respond to surveys; or use some other
feature of Remotiva as available
from time to time.
If you choose not to provide Personal Information, we may not be
able to provide certain services to you or respond to your
requests.
SUPPLEMENTAL PRIVACY NOTICE FOR EU RESIDENTS (GDPR)
In general terms, REMOTIVA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. shall process
your personal data through Remotiva, in order to:
- Respond to your questions or information requests given accordance with the consent you give us by contacting us and subscribing to our newsletter.
- Register you in our platform, manage the relationship of the provision of services between freelancers and the company, manage your user account, provide our services through the contractual relationship for the provision of services, and enforce our Terms of Website or protect the security or integrity of our Website.
- To send you commercial communications about our services legitimated by our legitimate interest.
The legal basis we use are:
- The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes; Article 6.1.a) GDPR 2016/679.
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; Article 6.1.b) GDPR 2016/679.

Retention periods
The data will be retained:
- Until the official termination of the relationship of the provision of services.

Personal Information, the categories of recipients of the

We also automatically collect Personal Information about you
indirectly about how you access and use
Remotiva and information about the
device you use to access Remotiva.

(see below) sets out the categories of Personal Information we
collect about you automatically and how we use that
information. The table also lists the legal basis which we
rely on to process the Personal Information, the categories of
recipients of the Personal Information, and information as to
how we determine applicable retention periods.
We may also share your data with our vendors when they act as
Processors of the processing of your Personal Information. Our
Processors comply with the highest standards of the data
protection regulation.
Automated decisions including profiling.
REMOTIVA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC., doesn't carry out automated
decision-making or profiling.
2. SECURITY AND TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
to protect your Personal Information against accidental or
unlawful destruction, loss, change, or damage. All Personal
Information we collect will be stored on secure servers. All
electronic transactions entered into via our Website will be
protected by SSL encryption technology. While we use these
precautions to safeguard your Personal Information, we cannot
guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers,
devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our
behalf.
International Transfers of your Personal Information

stored in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in where
we and our third-party service providers have operations. We

that our servers are located in the US. Centific is aware of
the obligations of the GDPR regarding international data
transfers and we can ensure that these international transfers
of your Personal Information are made pursuant to appropriate
safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses adopted by
the European Commission and according to the EU-US Privacy
Framework. If you wish to know more about these safeguards,
please contact us using the details set out at the end of this
privacy policy. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that
your Personal Information is processed securely and in
accordance with applicable law and this privacy policy.
3. YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

about California consumers (as that term is defined in the

name, address, email address, phone number, Social Security
Number, or an identifier that allows a specific person to be
contacted either physically or online.
We do not engage in such activity. However, if you are a
Nevada resident who registers or use
Remotiva or has performed Services
for us, you may submit a request to opt out of any potential
future sales under Nevada law by using the contact details at
the end of this privacy policy. Please note that we will take
reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity
of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request
in the event our practices change.

REMOTIVA is a global company with affiliated companies across
the world. As such, your Personal Information may be transferred

transfer your personal information to our third-party service

transfer information to operate efficiently, improve
performance, and create redundancies to protect information in
the event of an outage or other problem. We will process your
personal information in a way that meets the commitments of this
